The advantages of the CarLoan program are obvious and clear. The consumer can purchase a vehicle without the need to pay on the "cash-on-the-barrelhead" principle. Buying a vehicle under the CarLoan program will not put a heavy burden on a family budget. The payments will be spread over the period of loan maturity. Repaying a debt under the loan is effected by equal monthly installments. By depositing 20-50% down payment the consumer can disperse the remaining sum over loan maturity, i.e. 1-5 years. What is even more important, a loan is contracted under the pledge of a newly purchased vehicle collateral until the loan is fully repaid.
